Experience of installing MB SD connect C4

Yesterday, I got my MB SD C4 OBD2 diagnostic tool, which bought from eobdtool.co.uk last Saturday. And here, I will share you the experience of installing the software.

When I ready to install the software, I send some information to customer service, as follows:

APPID 252

LAN-ID: 0019D26CA01E

Hardware fingerprint: 8B14-44CC

HW-ID 4846C42760AA

And then Customer services sent the activation data to me:

And I following the video to fill the activation date to the box.

There was a problem when activation Hardware id:

I give my Hardware id to customer service and they resend the activation license, just like picture below:

When I try to run Xentry software, it showed an error message:

“This software does not accept more hardware changes, please contact support@yoursite.com”

I turn to customer service for help, and I got the solution:

Just need run the license they send to me, because the step to install the software does not contain activation for Hardware ID.
